 General Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch your order on the next business day after receiving it. 

We provide shipping throughout Australia via Australia Post. We can ship to New Zealand - please contact me via email.

FREE shipping for orders over $75.00 with Australia Post's standard parcel service. $9.50 shipping for orders under $75.00

Express shipping is available (Australia Post Express Post) for a flat rate of $15.00 on all orders. 

All Ceramics orders are shipped with Australia Post including their "Extra Cover" to cover any damage in transit. Read more by clicking this link. 

We use eco-friendly packaging for our parcels where possible (eco-friendly protective packaging and compostable mailer bags).
