This is younger balsamic condiment than the Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena  that has matured for six years in the battery of wooden barrels. Although it is produced using the normal balsamic processes, because of its age it does not qualify for the ‘tradizionale’ label. 

When you don’t want a vintage Champagne, you might open a really good bottle of Prosecco for a dinner party with friends you care about. Nerone is just like that good Prosecco,  an everyday luxury!

This is the balsamic for dressing your fancy salad or cooked vegetables and is a more economical way of entering the world of quality balsamics. 

6 years maturation in wooden barrels 
Ingredients:  just cooked grape must (grape juice) 
Serve with: dressings for salads and vegetables, white meats, gelato, semifreddo, desserts and cheese

Fabulous vinegar

So pleased I can now access this vinegar in Australia. I use this on salad vegetables instead of dressing as the taste has real depth without the punch of other vinegars.

This Vinegar is beautiful it is next level in flavour. We visited the villa San Donnino 2014 and bought a case then. I just ran out and was excited to see you stock it.
Not sure if you received my email about the Sicilian Maiorca flour that I am in search of. I was hoping that would be something else you could bring into Australia for us to enjoy
